1. Decent and modest clothing is required at all time. Short Bikinis, tight Pants, see-through Tops,
Body-hugs are not permitted. Pajamas or lounge Sleep wears are not to be worn in public areas.
Footwear is to be worn outside the rooms at all times.
2. Rooms must remain uncluttered and tidy at all times.
3. Quiet Time begins at 11:00 p.m. and ends at 4:30 a.m. Except for group vigils. Respect others’
quiet time, show consideration to other guests and neighbors by not being a source of disturbance to
others. No discussions or loitering around the retreat compound.
4. The sanctity of our retreat center is vital to our spiritual environment. Therefore, alcoholic
beverages or drinks, illegal drugs, profanity of any kind and any acts of immorality are not allowed.
Christian behavior is expected of each guest. Inappropriate language is unacceptable.
5. In order to avoid damages, please do not remove any furniture, mattresses, or any other items from
any room. If any other arrangements need to be made, please check with our staff. No bunk or
mattress switching. Blankets, pillows and bed sheets are for bed use only. Please do not remove
them from individual rooms. The charge for missing items will be at CARC replacement cost.
6. No females are allowed in the male rooms or dormitory and no males are allowed in the females’
rooms or dormitory.
7. Ironing of clothes are not allowed in all the rooms. Ironing is done at a central location.
8. Guest is responsible for any damage or missing item that may occur in the room while lodging. So
please we advise that you handle all items with care.
9. All cars will be parked and locked only in designated areas. (at owners’ risk).
10. To prevent ants and rats in the rooms, no drink and food items are allowed in the rooms. Eating and
drinking will be confined only to designated areas.(dining room and the restaurant).
11. Phone ringers should be set as low as possible.
12. Retreat guests are not allowed inside areas deemed off-limits by CARC (studio, engine room,
minister’s office).
13. All guests are expected to conduct themselves in a Christian manner at all times.
14. Pets are not allowed.
15. Smoking or use of tobacco is not allowed in the building or within CARC premises
16. Visitors can only be received at the reception or other designated areas.
17. Please help us conserve water in every possible way you can by turning off water tap when not in
use, water cost a lot to process.
18. Turn off your AC and water heater before leaving your room for programs in the hall.
19. Our policy does not permit Male and Female lodging in the same room. However, confirmed
couples are exempted from this rule. Intending couples are not checked into the same room.
20. Burning of candle and incense are not allowed in the premises and all our rooms.
Note that confirmed couples has to present the photocopies of their marriage certificate and I.D
card for proper identification, if not, they will be checked into a different rooms
21. All guests must strictly adhere to the check-out time of 7am on Sundays.
22. CARC reserves the right to terminate your stay and/or your retreat and imposed a fine if you:
- Damage, deface or remove any CARC property;
- Fail to comply with the rule and guidelines of CARC;
- Disturb other people/ goes off-limit during your stay; and
- Brings cigarettes, alcohol or drugs on our property.
Before you leave your room, remove all personal items that you have brought with you. Please
be sure you check closet, drawers and bathrooms.
